The human IGH_VDJ, IGK and IGL sets have been updated to incorporate information from VDJbase genomic studies. Full-length sequences (including leader and RSS) have been added to most alleles in these sets as a result, and the information from VDJbase has allowed us to add 25 additional V-sequences (4 IGHV, 13 IGKV, 8IGLV). These are all additional ‘known’ alleles for which sufficient supporting evidence is now available for them to be added to the set. We were also able to confirm the predicted extensions on 11 incomplete sequences and now list those sequences as complete.
