A reference set for rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) IGH is now available. This is based on an annotation of the Arlee strain genome assembly PRJNA623027 by Pierre Boudinot of INRAE, Université Paris-Saclay, France and Susana Magadan of CINBIO, Universidade de Vigo, Spain.
