Genomic databases updated

We have updated the genomic databases to follow the same project/individual/sample structure that is used for AIRR-seq databases – previously we only structured genomic databases into project/individual. This change makes it easier to handle datasets that have more than one analysis of the same individual – as can be seen, for example, in the human IGL set. If you have any problems viewing the genomic data, please close the tab, close your browser and try again with a fresh tab.

The annotation of rhesus macaque reference assemblies has been removed. We expect to provide annotation of long-read sequencing of RM loci from multiple animals later this year.
