Germline sets for human IGH, IGK and IGL are now available for download. They are described in a forthcoming publication, “AIRR-C Human IG Reference Sets: curated sets of immunoglobulin heavy and light chain germline genes”, currently available from Biorxiv as a preprint.
Our aim with these sets is to provide high-quality, evidenced collections that are available for all to use. In common with all data on OGRDB, they are published under a Creative Commons CC0 licence. The sets are versioned, and each version is deposited at Zenodo for long-term storage and allocated a DOI. They are available via a REST API to enable software developers to keep their tools up-to-date as conveniently as possible.
