Genomic data has been extended to include 36 human IGK samples from Engelbrecht, Rodriguez, Shields et al., 2024. We have replaced the 22 human IGL samples published in Gibson, Rodriguez, Shields et al., 2022 with 200 that have been processed with more accurate sequencing and pipelines than were available for that study. The IGL and IGK data includes read support statistics for each identified allele: see this article for details.
You can now download the assembly sequences for each genomic sample. In the Samples tab, click the folder icon in a row to download a BAM file containing the assembly, which is aligned against the reference sequence for the locus: refer to the associated publication for further details of methods and the construction of the reference sequence. To download all assemblies for a particular locus, use the Download icon at the top of the Samples tab. The downloaded files will also include a FASTA file containing the reference sequence, and a GFF file containing gene features.
