Specifically, you can use the <a href=\"https:\/\/williamdlees.github.io\/receptor_utils\/_build\/html\/introduction.html\">receptor_utils <\/a>download tool to download our Human IG sets in a 10x-supported format, and then use Cell Ranger to create a reference set for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.10xgenomics.com\/support\/software\/cell-ranger\/latest\/resources\/cr-5p-vdj-algorithm-annotations\">annotation<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Natively, Cell Ranger only annotates at the gene level.
