Data formats and API conform to <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.airr-community.org\/en\/latest\/miairr\/introduction_miairr.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.airr-community.org\/en\/latest\/miairr\/introduction_miairr.html\">AIRR-C&#8217;s MiAIRR standards<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/williamdlees.github.io\/receptor_utils\/_build\/html\/introduction.html\">receptor-utils<\/a> provides command-line tools for working with OGRDB germline sets. It provides walkthroughs for using OGRDB sets with:<br>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/williamdlees.github.io\/receptor_utils\/_build\/html\/airrc_sets_with_igblast.html\">IgBlast<\/a><br>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/williamdlees.github.io\/receptor_utils\/_build\/html\/airrc_sets_with_mixcr.html\">MiXCR<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See Eve Richardson&#8217;s poster at AIRR-C VIII for details of native support for Cellranger data sets &#8211; coming soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/airr-community\/ogrdb_contrib\">ogrdb-contrib<\/a> provides documentation and support for contributing data to OGRDB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vdjbase.org\">VDJbase <\/a>is a database of receptor germline genes derived from genomic data and AIRR-seq repertoires.
