They are described in a forthcoming publication, &#8220;AIRR-C Human IG Reference Sets: curated sets of immunoglobulin heavy and light chain germline genes&#8221;, currently available from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biorxiv.org\/content\/10.1101\/2023.09.01.555348v1\">Biorxiv <\/a>as a preprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our aim with these sets is to provide high-quality, evidenced collections that are available for all to use. In common with all data on OGRDB, they are published under a <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/publicdomain\/zero\/1.0\/legalcode\">Creative Commons CC0 licence<\/a>. The sets are versioned, and each version is deposited at Zenodo for long-term storage and allocated a DOI. They are available via a <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.vdjbase.org\/index.php\/ogrdb_news\/downloading-germline-sets-from-the-command-line-or-api\/\">REST API<\/a> to enable software developers to keep their tools up-to-date as conveniently as possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Germline sets for human IGH, IGK and IGL are now available for download.
