The revised format is compliant with the latest development version of the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/airr-community\/airr-standards\/blob\/master\/specs\/airr-schema-openapi3.yaml\">AIRR schema<\/a>, which is expected to be released as an update in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key changes are as follows:<br>&#8211; In AlleleDescription, <code>coding_sequence<\/code> is no longer IMGT-gapped. This is intended to make AlleleDescription neutral to specific delineations.<br>&#8211; OGRDB will always provide a <code>SequenceDelineationV<\/code> for the IMGT delineation. <code>SequenceDelineationV<\/code> now includes both an <code>unaligned_sequence<\/code> and an <code>aligned_sequence<\/code>.
