OGRDB provides facilities on various pages to download key items of data. Some tables also provide buttons to download in CSV or Excel format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To download germline sets in FASTA or AIRR-C format, just press the Download Germline Sets button on the home page, and select the species you require.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To download full details of each sequence in a set, including leader and RSS, select Sequences\/Sequence Tables from the top menu displayed on every page. Select the species and locus you are interested in, and then press the CSV or Excel button displayed near the top-left corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The entire database is archived periodically at Zenodo.org.
